I am home, I am sore, but I did it! There were 3,941 walkers and we raised over $6 million dollars (net) for the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade. Thanks to many wonderful and generous people, I raised over $3,800 for the cause!

Just for an added challenge (and better story to tell) we got to start our 21 miles the second day in a cold and torrential downpour. This was after spending a night in a very leaky tent. If this weren't enough, the temperature quickly dropped and we got hail, sleet, then snow (in mid-May!). It was pretty miserable, but still a whole lot better than breast cancer!

Thank you to all who supported me! I was very happy to be walking despite the weather. It was a wonderful experience. Anyone want to walk with me next year???
